Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@streetgully.in. Returns will need to be sent to: House No. 22, Sikanderpur Ghosi, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002, India.
NOTE: A clear unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for any return or damage claims. We will not be able to process any return request without a valid unboxing video.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned — custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved,refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. For queries contact info@streetgully.in.
